Singleton & Clamp 'Buy Back' & 'Pick up' Programme Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering our 'Buy Back' programme at Singleton & Clamp. We aim to make your furniture upgrade seamless and rewarding. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Eligibility
The 'Buy Back' programme is available exclusively to returning customers purchasing a new Singleton & Clamp sofa.
Only Singleton & Clamp sofas are eligible for buy-back under this programme.

2. Sofa Trade-In Criteria
Like-for-Like Trade: You may trade in your current Singleton & Clamp sofa for a new sofa of the same size. For example, a 3-seat sofa may be traded for a new 3-seat sofa, and a 2-seat sofa for a new 2-seat sofa.
Size-Adjusted Trade: You may trade a larger sofa for a smaller one. For example, a 3-seat sofa can be traded for a 2-seat sofa, but a 2-seat sofa cannot be traded for a 3-seat sofa.

3. Buy Back Valuation
The buy-back price will be determined based on the size of the sofa being traded in.
The exact buy-back price will be confirmed via email before the purchase of the new sofa.

4. Condition of Trade-In Sofa
The sofa being traded in must be in reasonable condition, particularly concerning its frame. Singleton & Clamp reserves the right to decline a trade-in if the sofa is deemed to be in poor condition or beyond reasonable repair.
An assessment of the sofa's condition will be conducted prior to the approval of the buy-back offer.

5. Confirmation and Discount Code
Once the trade-in has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the buy-back value and a unique discount code.
The discount code must be applied at the time of purchasing the new Singleton & Clamp sofa to receive the agreed buy-back amount as a discount on the new purchase.

6. Free Pickup Service
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we offer a Free Pickup Service for any Singleton & Clamp sofa that is no longer needed or used. Whether you’re upgrading, moving, or simply no longer have space for your old sofa, we will collect it free of charge to ensure it’s recycled responsibly. This service is available to all customers, with no purchase necessary, to help reduce waste and prevent sofas from ending up in landfills.

7. General Conditions
This programme cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
Singleton & Clamp reserves the right to amend or terminate the 'Buy Back' programme or the Free Pickup Service at any time without prior notice.
