Ordering

Our standard delivery time is 8 weeks from the date of order confirmation. However, in some cases, delivery can be sooner depending on the production schedule and your location. We’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed, and keep you updated on the progress. If you have any specific time requirements, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

You can place an order through our website. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll be assigned a dedicated frame maker who will begin building your sofa. We’ll provide an estimated delivery date at this stage.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods. Payment is processed securely through our website. Finance options will be available shortly. You can cancel your order at any time before delivery without any penalty. Simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll process the cancellation.

If you're not completely satisfied with your sofa within the first 100 days, you can request a full refund. Contact us, and we’ll arrange the collection. Once the sofa is returned and inspected for any unexpected damage, we’ll process your refund.

All our sofas come with a lifetime warranty on their frames. If you experience any issues with the frame, contact us, and we’ll address the problem at no cost to you.

Yes, you can change your mind at any time and order a different sofa. However, please note that if your sofa is already in the build process, there may be a charge depending on the stage of production. Once the fabric is cut, a fee will apply for any changes. Please contact us to discuss your options and confirm any applicable charges.

Shipping

Our team will deliver the sofa to your home, assemble it in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging, leaving your space clean and ready to enjoy your new sofa.

If your sofa arrives with any damage or defects, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

Returns

To initiate a return, contact us with your order details. We’ll arrange the collection at a convenient time for you. After the sofa is returned and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Returns within the first 100 days are free of charge. We’ll arrange the collection and process your full refund once the sofa is returned and inspected.
