We believe people should buy fewer things but choose better quality ones. Our products are designed to last for years, and our makers share our ethos, refusing to cut corners.

Sustainably Sourced Ingredients
Our goal is for all our materials to be certified as responsibly sourced or derived from recycled materials by 2025. Currently, the timber in our sofa frames is sourced from responsibly managed forests. We’re working hard to improve the sustainability of all our materials.

Reducing Carbon Footprint
With all our sales and production based in the UK, we significantly reduce our carbon footprint. We’re also calculating our overall carbon impact to plan our path to becoming carbon neutral. Stay tuned for updates on our progress.

Eco-Friendly Packaging
In the next three years, we plan to ensure 100% of our packaging is recyclable, recycled, and, where possible, biodegradable or compostable. Additionally, 100% of our delivery packaging is collected and recycled by our teams.

Respecting Animal Welfare
While we can’t claim to be vegan as some products contain animal-derived ingredients, we ensure high animal welfare standards. Our duck feathers are sourced according to the Responsible Down Standard, all wool will be certified to the Responsible Wool Standard by 2024, and our leather is treated in tanneries accredited by the Leather Working Group.

Innovative Recycling and Reuse
All our sofas are 100% recyclable, and our modular designs allow for easy disassembly and reassembly, making them perfect for moving and reusing. Additionally, our unique buy-back program for old Singleton & Clamp sofas helps save trees by reducing the need for new wood.
