If you're not completely satisfied with your sofa within the first 100 days, you can request a full refund. Contact us, and we’ll arrange the collection. Once the sofa is returned and inspected for any unexpected damage, we’ll process your refund.
All our sofas come with a lifetime warranty on their frames. If you experience any issues with the frame, contact us, and we’ll address the problem at no cost to you.
Our team will deliver the sofa to your home, assemble it in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging, leaving your space clean and ready to enjoy your new sofa.
